Sometimes we have to look at our life and realize that: where we are right now is enough. We are enough. This Full Wolf Moon is an invitation for us to celebrate the joy that is resting in the core of our being, and to simply notice that life is a celebration. We may have worked hard in our lives and now we start to realize that there is nowhere to go but within. We will be fully present to all that arises, this is true celebration, a warm hug in the divine light of the Sacred I. Be here now, is all that is required of us. Be here now and celebrate with us the first full moon of the year 2020. A full moon is a time for celebration, fulfillment, and expansion. It increases our intuition and emotions, and allows for clarity, insights, and downloads. The beginning of the year can be overwhelming, as of most people are focusing on setting intentions and goals for the new year. We give full permission to be in the now, and arise in joy. We let the past drip off our shoulders, and we trust that the future will be uniquely designed to fulfill our highest purpose.
We open our senses with the expansive, blissful, heart soothing plant medicine of Cacao, and share our intentions, truths, and dreams. Cacao is a powerful yet soothing medicine that activates the heart.
Manuela will guide us in the Breathwork experience, she holds a grounding space for us to go on a deep journey within ourselves. From the support of the breath the mind relaxes and we learn how to listen with a still heart and a present open soul.
Dorothea will offer vibrational medicine. She shares the message of love and harmony through her crystal sound bowls and the power of her own voice as she invites us to awaken to the power of our own unique souls and integrate the Breathwork experience.
Together Manuela and Dorothea holds a nurturing safe space with a feminine sensibility, and a deep love for truth.
