I am so happy and honored to collaborate again with my talented, inspiring friend Dorothea Barth-Jörgensen as my next guest teacher in April.

We begin with a transformative Breathwork journey and afterwards Dorothea will lead us through a relaxing sound bath with her amazing crystal bowls.

What do you need:

• A fully charged computer or phone with internet connection.

• A quiet cosy setup where you can sit/lay undisturbed.

• Headphones if you want the best sound effect.
