Breath & Yoga

Breathwork and Yoga for the inner Fire - Virtual class via Zoom

10am PST/1pm EST/7pm CET

Join me for Breathwork Meditation and Yoga. In this 75min session, we move slowly and mindfully, we breathe deep and connect to your center.

We open with a mellow Yoga practice, where we focus on the connection to our body. Restorative and Yin yoga is slow, soft and calming, so that we find balance and vitality in body, mind and spirit. Together we will melt into grounding and heart-opening asanas.

Breathwork is a powerful active meditation technique, a wonderful medicine for self-healing and emotional detox that is done while lying on your back. I will be here to support you, lead you intuitively, and hold space. I use clearing rituals, send you reiki energy and play really good music. It is my intention to create a safe, nurturing, and sacred environment for your healing process, so you can follow your brave heart into its wildest dreams.

The session is slow, nourishing, and suitable for everyone. No experience in yoga, breathwork, meditation is necessary.

Please register with the link below and you will receive further information and instruction link latest until Tuesday night. Please be aware, that registration will close at 9.30am at the day of the event. If you sign up later or if you don't have time, I will send you the recording after the session. So you can practice whenever is best for you.
