Summer Breath 

When we travel through the landscape of the body and mind, we will experience on a soul level the act of rebirth. We have an opportunity to realign with our deepest longing and confront suppressed emotions, limiting beliefs, old stories and trauma. As we sink deeper and deeper into the field of love, we release what is no longer serving us, so that we become free, light and innocent like a child out of the womb — and awaken to a new world.

Join me in July and August for Summer Breathwork sessions. During these 75min I guide you though a transformational journey back to your heart.

We open the session with a deep cleansing with sacred smoke of sage and white copal. This is a moment where we cleanse our body, calm our mind and connect with our spirit. From there we transition into a gentle, grounding meditation, set an intention and enjoy the silence. The sacred space is opened and held for each other to share and be heard. 

In the second part I will guide us though an active Breathing Meditation and Reiki experience which supports recognition and release of emotional blocks, dysfunctional patterns and trauma, as well as heart opening, expansion and a new sense of grounding into the physical body.

I hold a safe, nurturing space for us to go on a deep journey within ourselves. From the support of the breath the mind relaxes and we learn how to listen with a still heart and a present, open soul.
