Manuela is a creative leader and co-founder of keur, as well as an international yoga and breathwork teacher, known for her pioneering approach in the evolving field of breathwork in Europe.
Her curiosity has led her to explore a wide range of Eastern and Western well-being practices, including yoga, breathwork, meditation, crystal healing, reiki, and herbalism. While living in Los Angeles for over five years, Manuela deepened her practice and expertise in breathwork. This period was transformative, allowing her to connect with inspiring personalities and experience profound personal growth.
Manuela aims to inspire individuals worldwide to connect with their authentic selves and cultivate lives where body and mind harmonize, exploring the space in between. With over a decade of experience in hospitality management, she is passionate about curating exceptional productions in beautiful spaces.
She’s currently living between Switzerland, California and Portugal and offers in person and online events with keur.
